Colima Software GmbH a laeding supplier of intelligent Call Distribution Systems (ACD) and software solutions for Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) has signed a VoIP-CAPI Partner Agreement with ikon GmbH. Since all tests with VoIP-CAPI have been completed successfully all products of Colima Software GmbH are now also available for installations with VoIP Gateways or LAN PBXs. Recently first customer projects supporting a large number of channels were realized.
