Ardence, Inc., a global leader in designing and developing software solutions that enhance the control, dependability and management of Windows® operating systems, and ikon GmbH today announced that ikon GmbH will begin marketing and selling Ardence’s embedded solutions in Germany.
"Ardence’s leading embedded solutions – RTX, its software solution that offers greater control, dependability and real-time in the Windows environment; ReadyOn, its market-leading embedded instant-on solution for Windows devices and ETS, its real-time operating system, are an ideal completion of our existing portfolio" said Karl Judex, General Manager of ikon GmbH, "The Ardence products give a real added value to our customers."
In addition to selling the Ardence Embedded products in Germany, ikon will also offer Support and Professional Services for projects where these products are used.
The two companies also have plans to cooperate in the field of Voice over IP communications, where ikon already has significant expertise and a well established customer base with their VoIP-CAPI® for Windows.
